Hi. I placed my order of “Star Health Rechargeable Heat Pad” on Jan 10, 2013 at 01:36 in the night. My order no. is 383582, Estimated Shipping Date : 17 Jan, 2013. After waiting on 16.01.2013 I made a call to Sulekha’s toll free helpline number. After trying several times finally my call connected and I asked about statues of my order. He put me on hold around 5 minutes and at last phone disconnected. I again dialed same number this time after asking my order number the executive put me on hold for long time and at last call again disconnected. I tried same number again this time executive told me that estimated shipping date has been revised and my new shipping date in 20 Jan, 2013 due to some issues in stock. This estimated shipping date is not a final date it may be forward to some other date.

I don’t know why Sulekha.com books order if product is not in the stock (in warehouse). If it is in the warehouse why they are taking so long time ( appx. 11 days) for dispatching the product. I used other sites like snapdeal, homeshop18 and flipkart all are much reliable and prompt delivery service. They deliver the product at customers door step in 2 to 3 days while Sulekha needs 10 days for the same. Sulekha.com traps the customer if customer wants to cancel the order they will charge 5% and refund will be credited in you account in 10 to 15 days (it may be delay as per their track record).

I never recommend this site to anybody for purchasing because these guys are highly inefficient and customer feels trapped. Other sites are far better then Sulekha. NEVER GO TO SULEKHA. FOR PURCHASING.

I purchase airwick freshner. After 5 days sulekha contacted me to verify the address and also inquired about the courier. when I informed the customer care that FIRST FLIGHT operates here then customer care confirmed that the item would be sent by first flight. I was also sent a SMS that the item shipped by first flight….. ( without the AWB Number). after another 5 days, I was informed that due to DALTONGANJ 822101 being a NO-SERVICE AREA, they are cancelling the order and it took more than 15 days tom get the refund. that was my 1st order. I have not got the courage to place my 2nd order till now. I simply “AVOID” SULEKHA.COM.

I got a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT dated 28/06/2012 with lots of cracks on the tablet screen (micromax funbook P300)
my order id: SUL6849485349 and it has been more than 15 days now they are not replacing my product, whenever i’m calling them they are asking me to wait for 2-3 days since 30th of july. I’ve called them each and everyday and also have done whatever they asked me to do to register the complain for the replacement by sending emails attaching 2 photos of the DEFECTIVE PRODUCT but still NO actions were taken by sulekha team. very bad site with WORST customer services and after sales services…
GOD knows when *they gonna replace my DEFECTIVE PRODUCT :/ NEVER EVER BUY FROM SULEKHA!!!!!!*

I purchased a Motorola Defy+ phone through Sulekha daily deals (order SUL7056546850) as my old Nokia phone died abruptly. The phone shipped quickly so I was very happy. The outer packing was intact so my wife accepted the shipment. I was shocked on opening the package in the evening – the phone was delivered in an open box (i.e. Company seal on the phone box was cut off). The phone box contents also indicated that someone had tampered with it. The phone battery was open in the box (without any packaging). Also, there was an empty plastic bag inside, which was probably intended to contain the phone battery.

I called up Sulekha customer service and explained the issue to them. I also told them that I had no backup phone so there was no other option but to use the phone till they sent a replacement/backup. The customer service sweet-talked me in believing them and said that they would resolve the issue as soon as possible. the order was fulfilled by Indiaplaza who are also big cheaters. Both company customer service executives wasted time for an entire month while still assuring me that they would replace the product. I have email proof from Sulekha where they asked Indiaplaza to replace the product. Both company customer service executives accepted that the box seal was opened before delivery whilst giving the excuse that they wanted to check the IMEI number for warranty. This is a big lie as the IMEI number is clearly visible outside the box.

I was clear from day one that I did not have another phone as backup and could stop using this phone if they sent a replacement or backup. Meanwhile the price of the phone dropped considerably, which was adding insult to injury. I asked them to replace the phone as well as refund the excess amount paid since the phone price has reduced significantly (upto INR 2000).
finally this week (after more than a month), Sulekha customer service showed their true colors by saying that the phone was used so they cannot do anything! They knew about this from day one and could have let me know on the first day itself. All they could offer was 200 – 400 INR for sending me an open box/tampered phone.

My recommendation – stay away from Sulekha and Indiaplaza they are not going to last long if they continue cheating customers like this. Please let me know If anyone has suggestions on legal actions (online or offline) that I can take on these two sites .

I have order 2 mobiles and 1 iPad in the last 3 months – mostly because the pricing at Sulekha-deals was better than other sites. All of these high value products came within 2-3 days (at least for me) and through bluedart. Package of iPad was covered with Indiaplaza for some reason – not sure if they are marketing parnters or something.

I recommend Sulekha-deals.

I was looking for a camera and shortlisted Fujifilm finepix S3300 from sulekha.com. I ordered the product on 18/03/2012 and the order confirmation letter mentioned that it would be shipped on or before 23/03/2012 else i will get a 100% refund (Order ID: 5068495756). I kept waiting and waiting but didn’t get the shipment details even by 26th. Then i called them up, nobody took the call. When i finally got to the executive after numerous attempts, the lady said that it had been shipped but they didn’t have the shipment details then. That was on 26th. I called back again on 28th when i didn’t get the camera till then. This time the exec said my cam is still “ready to ship” and hasn’t been shipped. Two more calls later, i was really frustrated and told them to pass on the call to a senior exec an threatened him with a consumer complaint then finally he said “okay sir, we will try and ship your product within the next two days”. That was on 28th but i still haven’t got any intimation regarding the shipment still now on 30th. When i asked for refund, he said "it’s a complicated process and will take time for approval. And since ur product is already in “ready to ship” we can’t cancel it now and refund ur money".
So my advice is, ny1 luking to buy nythng online, rather pay few bucks more and get it from flipkart or ebay. At least u will have peace of mind. As of now, i don’t even know whether i would get my camera or money at all and i fear i may have lost my hard-earned 12000 bucks.

I have made an total five orders total Rs.8055 on 4th february..and on 6th feb they all got cancelled.

I was worrying about my refund..i have tried lots of times to email but no raply..They have told in mail that we will refund the money within 6 days..

After lots of try i have received my money refund from sulekha..So i recommend this website to buy except their habit of cancelling order..

Website id nice but some of their points are weak…

I have purchased multiple products from Sulekha so far. Except for one product, which they have refunded money, they have delivered everything else in a very timely manner. In the recent past, their communication also improved and products are getting delivered much faster than earlier. Typically between 4-7 days.
