Hi. I placed my order of “Star Health Rechargeable Heat Pad” on Jan 10, 2013 at 01:36 in the night. My order no. is 383582, Estimated Shipping Date : 17 Jan, 2013. After waiting on 16.01.2013 I made a call to Sulekha’s toll free helpline number. After trying several times finally my call connected and I asked about statues of my order. He put me on hold around 5 minutes and at last phone disconnected. I again dialed same number this time after asking my order number the executive put me on hold for long time and at last call again disconnected. I tried same number again this time executive told me that estimated shipping date has been revised and my new shipping date in 20 Jan, 2013 due to some issues in stock. This estimated shipping date is not a final date it may be forward to some other date.
I don’t know why Sulekha.com books order if product is not in the stock (in warehouse). If it is in the warehouse why they are taking so long time ( appx. 11 days) for dispatching the product. I used other sites like snapdeal, homeshop18 and flipkart all are much reliable and prompt delivery service. They deliver the product at customers door step in 2 to 3 days while Sulekha needs 10 days for the same. Sulekha.com traps the customer if customer wants to cancel the order they will charge 5% and refund will be credited in you account in 10 to 15 days (it may be delay as per their track record).
I never recommend this site to anybody for purchasing because these guys are highly inefficient and customer feels trapped. Other sites are far better then Sulekha. NEVER GO TO SULEKHA. FOR PURCHASING.
