tastykhanna is a big cheat. I placed an order today, Order # NIOZ4YMMMS and aparently after waiting for a long time for the order called the restaurant to know the status, to my shock we came to know that they have yet not received the order confirmation from tastykhana. My food was delivered really really late, by the time we got it, most of us were asleep and for that they gave us 200 trinkets ( store credit/discount for the next purchase ) even thought they allege that they provide rock solid money back guarantee!!! So, I made another purchase on their website hoping to catch the discount and I see there ARE no trinkets in my account ! And the customer care is telling me I used them already!!! My maiden order.....what a disaster! TK has no control over the restaurant it features. You are at the mercy of the restaurant, whether or not they deliver. Live chat with customer care executive at TK will stop working and TK website will make you go in circles if you try to claim refund HORRIBLE! ABSOLUTE NO!
