I have booked a Panasonic Mixie from Timtara on 12th january 2013 with order number 10384176. It is more than 3 weeks of their commitment for delivery and yet they have not delivered the product. Forget the reciept of the product. I called up the customer care for refund of money, even that is in vain. That also they hung up on me without answering. Someone must put a stay order on this site and arrest their CEO and all directors. Their business is to collect money via credit card and then not deliver. Customers will get frustrated and spend 100's of hours to get refund which will take 3 months and they make money by interest of this. This is a new form of financial scam of earning credit card interest and I'm sure Timtara scam will be huge!! view more

I ordered a Philips juicer from Timtara..Even after a month no communication from them. It didnt get shipped. I tried calling their CC. (infact its not a customer care number. its all about a mobile number). Nobody picked. After three months, by gods grace I got my Juicer. NEVER EVER order anything from this site. view more

I purchased a Sony Handycam (Order 10316804) from this site for 35k on 30th August 2012. After that I realized that they were talking of taking 2 to 3 weeks for delivery and I wrote to them to refund if it can not get shipped by 5th Sept as I needed it before 10th. beware from fraud like Timtare. Timtara is a fraud site which posts items on its websites which it does not sell. Once the consumer pays for such product, they keep on delaying the order giving false assurances. In the process, they earn interest on the amount paid in advance. After getting frustrated for months, consumers have no option but to cancel the order and ask for refund. They also do not cancel the order immediately and refund the amount and keep on delaying.
