I booked a room and hotel did not accept it and asked me that yatra will give the refund. Next day I asked yatra.com to give me refund they denied as they say hotel says they did not say anything like this. I paid 3k and got none. I also travelled 100 miles and wasted my petrol, effort and weekend because of this. It’s a scam big big scam save yourself from this

I booked a ticket for my parents to travel from Jammu to Dehradun. In place of selecting 15 June, I selected 14 June.I want to modify my ticket. yatra.com is not allowing to modify the date of travel.They told me that you have to cancel the ticket and we will deduct 25%.Since travel date is far ahead, how they can ask for so much high cancellation charges?Why there is no modification facility allowed on yatra.com website?Such a website should be closed.In all the govt tour operator buses, the... view more

I booked holiday package YH4452419 for himachal pradesh they offered one while landing their driver had diffrent one they keep on changing hotel anything ask its not in your plan if book along with them go sleep in destination or else do own arrangement by own by taxi get back to home this kind experince i had it a bad experince once book them you never think go holiday in your life their customer care no not reachble asking to visit to web site . view more

In last month yatra offers.. flat 2000 Rs. off on hotel booking. It was really nice and excellent offer, that I have never think. I book ghanvatkar bunglow at alibaug using 2 different account and pay only 1+1 Rs. from these account. It includes my hotel stay with buffet breakfast. So, In fact we stay at alibaug for 2 days in this resort with breakfast in 2 Rs. only.. Yatra immediately send me voucher of both days.
