i have order CAT sunglasses, Navfont sweatshirt, 3 Navfont casual shirts and Wrangler jeans from Yebhi in the last 1 – 1 1/2 yrs. and i m happy with the way this is has worked… COD, excellent packaging, good customer service, Website’s Ease of Use, etc. EVERYTHING IS JUST EXCELLENT… i m a loyal customer to Yebhi now…

I bought many items from Yebhi. my overall experience with Yebhi is good. They shipped the item within no time and packing was also good.

I suggest Dimers, Please ensure that the item you are ordering is worth for the money you spend. Because most of the times I felt that the items are overpriced at YEBHI.

Yebhi.com services are not reliable .. first they dispatched the damaged product.. and while buying the product they say we can pick up the product from your shipping address.. and when the product was actually damaged they say they dont have the facility to pick up from this location. Moreover i have spend Rs 200 in dispatching the product and they are going to give me Rs 150 Gift Voucher forcing me to shop once agin with them Loss of Rs 50 not accounted for… and number of calls made to customer care is separate…its all crap.. dont shop from Yebhi.com

I’m from one of the cities that come under Yebhi’s Try ‘n’ Buy facility (in which everything. I ordered a shirt on 25th October and received it on 27th October via Yebhi Express.
To my surprise, the shirt was a ‘Slim Fit’ and not ‘Regular Fit’ as was mentioned on the website.
I said the same to the delivery person (Yebhi Champ) and he acknowledged and took the parcel with him.
My verdict is that if Yebhi corrects the details on it’s website correctly, it could be one of the best online clothing stores in India.

FAKE PERFUMES——> Pls do not but perfumes from this website. They are totally fake. dont get sucked in by huge discounts. If you are from Mumbai and want to use my perfume bottle as tester, pls email me. The perfume is so bad that i can gift it to anyone of you absolutely FREE. So bad that it cant be even used in bathroom. Product bought by me – PACO POUR HOMME.

The delivery boy who turned up was so shabbily dressed that you cant even stand him.

With the Indian e-retailers planning to pull the plug towards the end of Nov 2013, and look more towards profitability (rather than expansion and promotion, which they are doing now), Yebhi has gone all out for a good customer reputation. I am one of those happy customers. I had heard that Yebhi had revamped their delivery service, but never had I imagined that they had made this like “Wow!”. I was getting some new items in kitchen. So, I ordered 3 different items from HomeShp18, Yebhi and Flipkart. From yebhi, it was a Prestige pressure cooker. I ordered on Monday evening at 6pm. At 2am in the morning on Tuesday, I got a message that it has been delivered. I received the product in Bangalore at 3pm on Tuesday. So, it was less than 24 hours for the shipping from Delhi to Bangalore. The yebhi guy who came for the delivery was smart and young, not like the dumb people of aramex.

This is my first review on desidime, and I am writing this because it was my best shopping experience till date. This is the first time that I saw some other retailer trumps flipkart, in terms of delivery. If yebhi continues this way, flipkart will definitely find a competitor in them.

these guys are a bunch of frauds, my order id :YBH1626355 never completed, customer service does not exist.
no refunds no delivery.
ordered on 15 may, still not completed.
sent a broken item which i refused to accept, informed through email etc. still no use.
helpline is always busy, email’s never get answered.
not till today (10 jun ) at least.
i hope everyone avoids this website.

I had placed an order on 31 may using a discount coupon from desidime – 1000 off on 1999.
though my order value was nearly Rs. 2200, i got a discount of Rs.908 only, without ant proper explaination.
still i went ahead with the order.
till today – 4th june, the order status is – will despatch in 48 hours.
i suppose they are following different time zone of some other galaxy.
i called on 2nd june and i was told that they were sorry for the delay and will despatch by 2nd or 3rd.
today i have called twice and both times there systems were not working.
please get the order expedited.

i ordered a nokia 101 cell on yebhi ( first time shopping) dt 7th Apr and due to their Pathetic and hopeless response i cant stop myself writing review

Product and Service Pricing : same phone was cheaper at other websites but due to some offer(coupon) it became cheaper here. but other products rate are much higher.

Shipping and Packaging : Till now no updates regarding the order status. Customer care replied very casually and coldly that this is a virtual order and they are checking the item in stores. It will be shipped in 7 days. This was a hope less answer as most of the stores/websites (like tradus, koovs, ebay, snapdeal, HS18, indiatimes, seventymm, FB etc ) delivers item in 7 days or even in 3-4 days, i have personal experience with those websites.

Returns and Replacement Policy : they have written that that no ques will be asked & full refund…. but if u use coupon while buying, u will get this amount as yebhi credit , so actually u r not getting those money and u have to buy their products again to redem those credit.

Chance of Future Purchase : nooooooo way, never… will pay 50% extra to other site or will buy from local store but not yebhi , that’s sure…..

Customer Service : crap,pathetic, hopeless, disappointingops: etc etc…. they don’t hve toll free no. !!!! I send them 3 mails and they didnt either bother to reply my mail or called back….till 10th no reply, i called them and they said they he will inform higher ups but cant do anything. While on the other hand most of sites – ebay, indiatimes,seventymm, FB etc positively either call u or mail u.

Website’s Ease of Use : Always slow, they don’t write about sold out products,there is no way to add/edit addresses and contact no in my account and save multiple addresses. Also how to check the shipping & billing address of an order is not there. order updates are very slow!!!!!!!!

YEBHI is Crap,Shit…Dnt even think abt buying there.

I have this Iron bought from Yebhi last month end.

Offer I enjoyed 30% off on kitchen / home appliance.

The product I received in good packing and safe one.

This product is good heating iron fast.

Well I have no experience of Return & Replacement so Can’t give any point.

But on the website while payment using credit card I faced many problem but finally failed to pay using Credit Card all time I faced problem.

Later next day I reported this issue to Customer Support, they replied properly.

Lastly I made payment using net banking which I dont wanted to do .

i purchased a phone from them paying through my debit card and after 22 hours they called me and said they cant process my order as that coupon was not applicable on phone, if the coupon got applied on smthng then its not my responsibility but as they have my 16k so i cant say much to them.
and moreover the apparels frm yebhi are not at all of good quality so avoid yebhi, there are plenty of other sites giving good deals.

Though I still buy cheap price stuff from yebhi only but for quality and pricey stuff be it apparels or shoes I go market to buy, I have long experience with big shoe bazaar now yebhi, they sell either refurbished or seconds stuff, most of my shoes had a sole coming out issue and some discoloration and some stitching etc, now this can not happen in just a months time and after a month they do not take it back. I have even experienced yebhi has pasted sticker over labels just to escalate the price so to justify heavy discounts they have to offer.

I would just describe yebhi as a unreliable. Now dont pounce on me those who are lovers of yebhi or those who are officially appointed and let loose here by yebhi to promote their coupons through various nicks. No offense meant just my view.

i bought 2 flipper slippers from yebhi on 2th dec. worth of 99rs. each ( total 198 – 100rs. coupon = 98rs. )

Product and Service Pricing : flipper slippers which i got r not even worth of 20rs. which we get from road side , within 15 days , half of it’s printed design will be gone & then it will look terrible….

@abt size : size is always problem for yebhi…. i don’t understand which indian standards they r calculating … i order for no.5 slipper for my mom & they send slippers with 5no. written on it but it completely fits in my leg which has no.7 !!!!!! now i hve to either throw those slippers or hve to go to some1 who can cut & make it no. 5 !!!!!!

( while most of sites – FB , SULEKHA refund money within 2 days for failed transection even without our complain !!! )

Website’s Ease of Use : yebhi is always slow , can’t understand y…. more overly products which r sold out , they don’t write it as sold out…. if we see any other colour than white on cart page , we hve to understand ourself that product is out of stock , what a shit !!!!!!!!

Yebhi is a site sending garbage seconds quality products.
Quality of over 80% products received from Yebhi is SHIT.
There customer service is pathetic and delivery is unreliable.

Worst part is that yebhi is sending emails from different email
accounts of all there shit offers and keep on spamming my emails

YEBHI IS SHIT AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
