Anyone faced issue in ParkPlus IOCL Voucher redemption?

For the last 2 transactions of Parkplus, i am getting error while redeeming
i) Request Timed out - on first redemption
ii) Offline Method not allowed - for second redemption.
I have cancelled the voucher and requested for refund? Anyone faced above issue, any solution for the same?

Request timed out happened only once with me but next time scanning QR again worked. Otherwise it has been a very smooth experience for me.
Only one bad experience was that I had 1050 and 1000 Voucher and the pump operator said he is doing transaction of 1000 so i showed him 1000 voucher to scan but it was a 1050 transaction. After scanning the ITPS Machine does not cancel the transaction so i had to choose to pay remaining amount via other methods of which i choose Scan & Pay and i paid 50 but the machine got stuck. The pump operators said that we face this issue often with any other method but cash when a remaining amount is to be paid.
Voucher was successfully redeemed but since ITPS Machine couldn’t print successful transaction receipt i had to pay 1000 via Paytm. Though later next day the pump owner called and returned the 1000 via UPI when the voucher transaction got cleared at their end.
Just sharing this experience for others to be careful about the same
