Open SBI yono app and apply from credit card section.
Note - Sbi now has introduced the option to change card network over the call via ivr with confirmation. Just ask cc to change card network they will transfer your call on ivr to confirm and done service request will be created for that.

Bina research kiye kyun kuch bhi bol dete ho. RuPay bas card network hai, Saare benefit wohi milega jo bank k taraf se hai. RuPay card hone se Reward rate ya offers kam nahi ho jayega.
Side note: UPI alag chiz hai, UPI transaction ko compare maat karna reward rate se. RuPay credit card transaction se same benefit milega.

3) UPI reward rate discussion is not related to SBI:) it was common discussion for best card in Rupay which is Snapdeal till today till 12500
