How do I check if a product is eligible?

Day 1, i.e. 10th Oct, 2018, 00:00 hours to 23:59 hours: The offer will be applicable on select products across following categories: Fashion & Lifestyle, Home & Furniture, Televisions, Home appliances, Beauty, Sports and Personal Health Care, Smart Devices. For complete list of exclusions, please refer to the detailed Terms and Conditions. Note: For Flipkart Plus members, the sale will begin from 9th October 2018, 21:00 hours to 10th October, 2018, 20:59 hours

Day 2, i.e. 11th Oct, 2018, 00:00 hours to 23:59 hours: The offer will be applicable across all categories, with some exclusions as listed in the detailed Terms and Conditions. Note: For Flipkart Plus members, the sale will begin from 10th October 2018, 21:00 hours to 11th October, 2018, 23:59 hours.

Day 3 – Day 5, i.e. 12th Oct, 2018, 00:00 hours to 14th Oct 2018, 23:59 hours: The offer will be applicable across all categories, with some exclusions as in the detailed Terms and Conditions.

Will I be able to avail the offer if I pay through a Flipkart Gift Card partially?

In case of partial payments made using any payment mode other than PhonePe or by availing any exchange offer, the offer will be valid only on the total transaction value paid through PhonePe.

Additional Information

Cashback will be credited to the customer’s PhonePe wallet within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction
Cashback can be used for recharges, bill payments, merchant transactions across PhonePe
The cashback amount credited to the customer’s PhonePe wallet cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other users
In case the PhonePe wallet limit has reached the maximum amount, the cashback will be credited on the first business day of the next month

*In case if customers PhonePe account is deactivated, cashback for this offer will not be credited to the customers PhonePe wallet. However customer can still complete the successful transaction.

Preliminary

• This Offer (defined below) is being extended by PhonpePe Private Limited (PhonePe) on www.flipk...om, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively Platform), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart).
• By participating in this Offer, user (You, Your or Customer) agrees to be bound by:
  - these terms and conditions (T&C);
  - the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
  - all applicable terms and conditions of PhonePe.

On the first instance of fulfilling the above requirements during the Offer Period you will get 10% cashback, maximum cashback up to Rs.100, which will be credited into Your PhonePe wallet within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction on the Platform (Offer). In case the PhonePe wallet limit for the month has been reached, the cashback will be credited on the first business day of the next month. The maximum cashback that can be availed under this Offer is INR 100

• The cashback amount credited to Your PhonePe wallet cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other users.
• In case where cashback has been credited to Your PhonePe wallet and You cancel the transaction and You seek a refund, the amount of cashback shall be deducted from the amount of the refund due and payable to You.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any offer made available to You by an issuer of any Debit Card or Credit Card or any bank.

Other Terms and Conditions

• This Offer can be availed by You only once.
• You may not get cashback if Your Flipkart and/or PhonePe account is blacklisted.
• Offer is not applicable on purchase of Flipkart gift card or Gold/Silver Coins using the Eligible Payment Method.
• PhonePe and Flipkart are NOT liable or responsible for any claim(s), dispute(s) regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability, quantity or quality of any product purchased by You on the Platform, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the seller of such product.
• PhonePe and Flipkart reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary these T&C or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

• Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained till 13th Nov’2018, Post such date, Flipkart or PhonePe will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any Customers/persons.
• You shall indemnify and hold PhonePe and/ or Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by PhonePe and/ or Flipkart as a consequence of: (i) Your violation of these T&C, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) as mentioned on the Platform; (ii) Your violation of applicable laws; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
