Will I get the offer if I pay using a AU Bank Debit Card via PhonePe?

No, the offer will not apply on payments made from AU Bank Debit Cards via PhonePe payment option.
Will I get the offer if I pay through Flipkart Gift Card partially?

Yes, you can avail the offer and the offer will only apply on the amount paid through AU Bank Debit Cards against the eligible product(s). Also, the final amount to be paid through AU Bank Debit Card should be equal to or more than INR 2,000.
How many times can this offer be availed?

There is no limit on the number of transactions. However, you can avail up to a maximum discount of INR 300 per Card. Maximum Discount per card of INR 300 is a cumulative discount across all platforms of Flipkart (Flipkart).
