1. What is the 10% RuPay Credit Card and Debit Card Offer (“Offer”)?
a) Offer on payment with RuPay Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Credit Card EMI and Debit Card EMI
b) Minimum transaction amount excluding ineligible products, refunds and exchange discounts is INR 3000 for Credit Cards and INR 1500 for Debit Cards.
c) Offer and Maximum Savings as below:

e) The Maximum discount is 500 per Credit card and 150 per Debit Card
f) Any cancelled order(s) will not be eligible for the offer and the refund amount of such order will be adjusted against the instant discount amount.

2. What is the minimum transaction size for the discount for the duration of the event?
The minimum transaction amount to avail the Instant Discount is INR 3,000 (on RuPay Credit Cards) and INR 1,500 (on RuPay Debit Cards) in a single transaction on Amazon.in, net of buybacks, refunds and cancellations.

3. What if I cancel my order?
The Offer is applicable for a successful transaction. If Instant Discount is availed on any purchase, and the transaction is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such orders will be post adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the purchase.

4. Would I get the Bank offer even if I make a part payment using my Amazon Pay Balance?
Yes, you would get Instant Discount but only on the amount charged on your RuPay Card. Also, to avail instant discount, your RuPay Card should be charged for a minimum amount. For example, if total transaction amount is INR 5000, and INR 1,000 is paid using Amazon Pay Balance and INR 4,000 is paid using RuPay Card, then instant discount would be given on INR 4,000 and not INR 5,000. Similarly, if INR 4,000 is paid using Amazon Pay balance and INR 1,000 is paid using RuPay Card, then customer would not get any discount because the amount paid using RuPay Card is less than the minimum required transaction value of INR 3000 for Credit Cards or INR 1500 for Debit Cards.

5. Can I place multiple orders using RuPay cards and still get the Instant discount?
Yes, you can avail instant discount on multiple orders till you exhaust the respective limits of the Cards. However, please note that each transaction must meet the respective minimum value for you to get the 10% instant discount.

6. Is Discount under this Offer applicable on both Credit and Debit cards?
Yes, the discount is available on both Credit and Debit Cards. Offer is NOT valid on 1) Netbanking and 2) Payment made by Cardholders using the ‘Cash on Delivery’ payment option.

7. Can I avail discount on EMI?
Yes, the discount under this Offer is also applicable on Credit Card and Debit Card EMI. Downpayment EMI transactions are not eligible for the discount.

8. Can I get this offer with Exchange offer or No Cost EMI?
Yes, the offer is valid even if you buy with Exchange or No Cost EMI or both.

9. I purchased an eligible item but still did not get Instant Discount. Why ?
For purchases made using “Card on delivery” transactions and Net Banking transactions, you will not get the benefit of the instant discount. Please note that the facility for payment through cards on delivery is subject to availability of the card accepting machine at the time of delivery and the same cannot be guaranteed. In order to not miss the benefits under the Offer, we highly recommend that you pay with your RuPay credit card or debit card online at the time of placing the order. Net Banking transactions are NOT included in this Offer.

10. Are Amazon Business customers eligible for this promotion?
Yes, Amazon Business customers are eligible for this promotion.

11. My Amazon.in order includes Amazon.in Gift Card(s); will I be eligible for a Instant Discount under this Offer? Is the Offer applicable on purchase of all products?
No, the discount under this Offer is not applicable on purchase of:

The Instant Discount would not be applicable on payment made by Cardholders using the ‘Card on Delivery’ payment option.

The Offer is also valid on EMI (equated monthly installment) transactions, No Cost EMI transactions and Exchange offers. The offer is not valid on Down-Payment EMI option.

In the event the order is returned or cancelled by the Cardholder, seller or Amazon Seller Services Private Limited, for any reason whatsoever, and subsequently the order / purchase transaction value falls below INR 3,000 or 1500/- (for credit or debit cards respectively), the order will not qualify for this Offer and the participation of the Cardholder will be deemed withdrawn.

If Instant Discount is availed on any purchase, and the transaction is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such orders will be post adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the purchase.

Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon or the NPCI to conduct further, similar or other offers.

The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement (if any executed by the NPCI). The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.

Delinquent and over-limit Bank’s credit Card members will not qualify for this Offer.

By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with his/her use or delivery or misuse of any product purchased on Amazon.in.
