It is so difficult to figure out if coupon really gets applied at the store. At the counter when you tell person to apply the coupon .. most of the billing person don’t even know which option in billing GUI to go for (seems they(staff) are trained to suddenly act like don’t know what to do and just punch the number and nod the head stating coupon is applied).. unless they call the manager it’s hard for them to figure out if coupon gets applied or not. Once the final bill comes .. most of the times coupon doesn’t get applied .. when asked to supervisor then you end up spending additional time in so called their research and ultimately concluded with statement – next time adjust kar lenge ..
