6. This offer is applicable to existing and new resident HSBC credit and debit cardholders, excluding corporate cardholders (hereinafter referred to as ‘cardholders’). 7. Cardholders are required to use their valid HSBC credit and debit card (‘card’) to avail of the offer.
8. 9. Every cardholder has to transact for a minimum value of INR1,500 to be eligible for the offer on each instance of checkout before proceeding for payment.(Eligibility Criteria)
10. The maximum discount provided every Friday under this Offer will not exceed INR250 per Card, per Week.

12. Pantry cart value is INR1500, discount is INR225.
13. Fresh cart value is INR1000 and Pantry cart value is INR2000.
14. If Fresh cart is checked out first, discount on Fresh would be INR0 and Pantry discount would be INR250.
15. If Pantry cart is checked out first then discount on Pantry would be 250 and Fresh would be INR0.
16. Pantry cart value is INR500 and Fresh cart value is INR500 discount on both will be INR0 as this transaction doesn’t meet the minimum transaction criteria of either carts.
17. Pantry cart value is INR2000 and Fresh cart value is INR1500.
18. If Pantry cart is checked out first, discount on Pantry would be INR250 and discount on Fresh would be INR0.
19. If Fresh cart is checked out first then discount on Fresh would be INR225 and Pantry would be INR25.
20. This offer can be availed of by each cardholder once every Friday during the offer period.
21. Offer is not valid on product from infant nutrition category.
22. Offer is not valid on payment made by customers using the ‘Card on Delivery’ payment option.
23. The purchase of product by cardholders on equated monthly instalments (EMI) will be eligible for this offer.
24. This offer will not be applicable if the cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancels the order and/or the cardholder returns the product and, in such a case, participation in the offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.
25. HSBC does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered by Amazon on the Amazon website and mobile application and does not make any warranties or representations as to the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of products. Any dispute regarding these must be addressed in writing, by the cardholder directly to the brand.
26. HSBC and Amazon reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer with another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice to the cardholders. The offer may/may not be extended as mutually agreed by HSBC and Amazon.
27. Prior to using the Amazon website and/or the mobile app the cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of the said website and the mobile app, and proceed only if the cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The cardholder will be required to give personal information and other details online. The cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the website and the mobile site, prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the cardholder towards availing of or fulfilment of the offer is at the sole discretion of the cardholder and HSBC shall not be responsible for the same. 34. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC.
35. This offer is subject to force majeure events.
36. Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the cardholder.
37. Please note that basis Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and notified GST rates, Central GST and State/Union Territory GST or Inter-State GST, will be levied on the discounted price, as applicable.
38. By availing of the offer, the cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions in totality.
