Your statement is incorrect.
The limit is that we can pay 20% of the order value using 1mg cash.
So, if I have 200 1mg cash, I can use all of it on an order of value Rs 1000
Your statements says that only 20% of 1mg cash is redeemable, which is incorrect.

Even i too mean to say 20% of order value and not 20% of 1mgcash.. but practically we need to spend 1k to redeem 200 1mg cash will be good only when we combining offers like paypal and other partner merchant offers and moreover 1mg not providing medical assistance for prescription ! So its good for regular users only.

Note that 1mg cash usage is in addition to any coupon applied.
You by default get 20% discount on medicines, and maybe 25% or 30% for specific coupons. And after this discount, you can still get further discount by using 1mg cash for payment. I don’t think other providers like MedLife or NetMeds allow to use both coupon and their own cash together, so definitely 1mg seems better bet if you can manage to get 1mg cash. The wallet offers is an icing on the cake.
