This is a promotional offer (“Offer”) provided and funded by Audible Singapore Private Limited (“Audible”), and made available on [ https://www.amaz...n/] and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Brand”).

These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Conditions of Use and Recurring Payment Terms, if applicable to which you agree by availing the membership of Audible (“Audible Terms”). To the extent, the Audible Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.

You may only avail this Offer if you: (a) are located in India; and (b) are 18 years or above. It is clarified that this Offer is not valid for existing members of Audible and customers who have previously availed an Audible trial.

This Offer will be available from 3rd October 2021 12:00 AM IST to 3rd November, 2021 11:59 PM IST (“Offer Period”).

During the Offer Period, any customer who successfully sign-ups for Audible membership through https://www.amazon.in/hz/audible/mlp/membership... will be eligible to receive the Benefit (defined below) as per these Offer Terms.

Each such customer who fulfills the criteria mentioned in Sections 3 and 5 above (each an “Eligible Customer”) will get the first two months of Audible membership for INR 2 (“Benefit”) which will be deducted upfront at time of sign-up from the payment instrument selected by the customer. Post the two-month period, the Eligible Customers will move to paid Audible membership and charged INR 199/month.

The applicable Benefit under this Offer will be activated and configured as part of the Audible account of the Eligible Customer at the time such customer signs up for the Audible membership during the Offer Period, subject to fulfillment of all the required steps.

An Eligible Customer will be eligible to receive the Benefit under this Offer only once.

There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the Benefit under this Offer.

All applicable taxes and levies in relation to the Offer, including without limitation sales tax, service tax, goods and services tax etc., shall be payable by you/ the Eligible Customer.

Audible reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice, and reserves the right to remove / withdraw this Offer from at any time and without any prior notice.

This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.

The laws of India govern these Offer Terms. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
