unable to add money to amazon. Even after submitting correct otp for payment of Rs 400 from NSDL, it redirects to amazon without any transfer of balance.
sometimes NSDL card not working, try after sometime.

NSDL is terrible, even after adding PAN and AADHAR its ttelling me name does not match which is ridiculous. Tried contacting the several times via phone which does not work and email to which they don’t respond. So they got my ID and jacked up their registration numbers, but this is a massive security risk which people should avoid just for 100Rs saving.
Same issue… Spent loadsa time and got in touch with their cc.. Their system doesn’t accept change in capital and mix of capital and small letter apparently.. So my pan has all capital letters in my name wherelse aadhaar had got caps and small letters .. Their suggested and only solution is to get name changed… I’m not going to do that for few 100 bucks especially with this corona!! If you go for online change of details it’ll take ,90 days to reflect by the time offer will be over.. So useless…!! Hope this helps!!

You can create bank account for rupay platinum on nsdl payment bank
