Big Basket is splitting the orders on purpose and not giving these bonus NCs unless you raise a ticket which is a painful process, just for 60 NCs. It happened to me twice and their stupid system does not recognize that the deliveries are from same order and automatically give bonus NCs. Tata Neu is becoming more painful with every passning day
Agree 100% with my last 1mg Order as well. They supposed to give me 120 neu coins but gave 105 only and considered my single order. Fortunately, my single order was above threshold, but after reading this comment i understood what happened with my order. However, my order is partially delivered yet.
Please escalate. Write to [email protected]. The CS id doesn't even acknowledge nor respond, could try your luck at [email protected]. Not had positive response response even after escalating to CEO.
