Same. Raised with cred, they r saying there is no such rewards on rent payments, rascals. I saw it right before paying n then it disappeared.

Same happened for me as well. I have the screenshot of the offer, will raise with them
Not only the mystery reward disappear.. but even the offer disappeared from the list (still has the other 4-5)
Its a verbage, no extra award … It means there are rent offers which gives you 50-500 as cashback on cards …. IMO

It wasn’t just verbiage. It was a specific mystery reward, and was listed, like there are others listed for specific amount of credit card payments.
I also seen same and also got sms but no read given…Third class CC cred.
I was able to get the cashback now. Got Rs.55 only though

Had done it on 10th.. had then raised it with cred as the reward had disappeared.. but chkd today n saw it back n was able to claim it, without another transaction.

Was the transaction in processing state till the cashback.

Nope. It had completed the same day, with UTR no available.
I have got Rs 55 as the cashback today. It wali be credited to card is added most recently or to the card for a payment is made most recently.
