Not sure why people get excited with this type of offers. 

If it is something like say some subscriptions like You Tube Premum, Amazaon Prime etc for 1 year (or even 3 months) then it make sense. But when it comes to cloud storage , we need to ask ourselves what after 1 year. Normally I use Cloud storage for data I want to preserve - like videos, photos etc. As such if it is say 1GB extra for 10+ years or more then it is exciting. For 1 year or 6months, even if it is 100TB free, its of no use.

My parents/creators were happy when I was born/made  

1 year validity ka koi kya hi krega ? Terabox lifetime 1TB deta hai

Terabox same like Baidu cloud. ( Terabox parent company ). You don't get 1TB. You have do lots of tasks for that.

After you upload your files , if you want to download them, the download speed will up to only a 100-200 kb/s at best . If you want to download your own file you have to pay for it .

Also their T&C changes everyday.

I doubt you hardly ever used Terabox, I 1000 GB is without any t&c , Using for last 2 years , regularly upload and download large files as my brother is a event photographer. Upload Download both I get full speed as per my wifi bandwidth. There is ad ofcourse, but it's manageable when I am getting this huge storage.

For one single event need to transfer 100-200gb of files , I haven't find a single alternative yet

Make sure you encrypt your data before upload.

Heard from friends that Terabox is a company bodox or something like that. They delete all users files and renamed the company to terabox.

Personally I will not upload any videos or pictures of my family vacations or any private videos.

Cloud storage can fail too. So keeping everything maintained they require money. (Maintained = removing the dying HDD, SSD and installing a new one)

Overall they can't offer lifetime free storage. Same reason Google removed unlimited storage in Google photos and moved to Google One.

And if whoever is offering free lifetime "big" storage, then there is something going on behind the scenes.

People upload all their photos in public social platform, and think of privacy.

what about iDrive - they offer $2.95 yearly for 100GB and $9.95 for 500GB? I found it cheaper compared to any other cloud storage with very good review online..
