Terms and conditions:

1. This offer is valid from 15th November, 7:00 am (0700 hours) to 30th November, 11:59 pm (2359 hours) ("Offer Period").

2. The offer is valid for the following user segment who have registered on the Aditya Birla Capital Digital Limited (ABCDL) mobile application ("ABCD App") (collectively referred to as "Users)

3. Subject to these Terms, the Users who undertake payment as per the point 2, of a minimum value of Rupees Five Hundred (1500) each, through 'scan and pay' or 'online merchant payments' transactions on the ABCD App, within the Offer Period may be selected by ABCOL, at its sole discretion, as the Eligible User, who may, subject to these Terms, receive a cashback as per point 2.

4. ABCDL reserves the right to determine the amount of cashback to be given on a transaction undertaken in accordance with these Terms, at its sole discretion.

5. This offer does not apply to, and no Reward will be available in respect of 'peer-to-peer' (P2P) transactions, bill payment transactions, person-to-account number (P2A) transactions, or money requests, including transactions involving sending money to bank accounts, or to payments or transactions undertaken by a User in respect of any insurance products or mutual fund products.

6. The Reward shall only be available to the Eligible Users mentioned in point 2 during the Offer Period, and can be availed only once by one Eligible User, during the Offer Period.

7. The cashback amount may be credited, subject to these Terms, to the Eligible User's bank account linked with the ABCD App within ten (10) working days after the Eligible Transaction is successfully processed and the money is transferred to the intended payee.

8. If the bank account linked to the User's Virtual Permanent Address (VPA) is frozen or unable to accept a cashback from ABCDL, ABCDL will retry to credit the cashback to the bank account linked with the ABCD App. In case of retry fails, the cashback will be posted as reward points, at ABCDL's sole discretion, or stand forfeited/cancelled.

9. The present Offer cannot be avalled if the User clubs more than one offer in undertaking a payment transaction

10. ABCDL reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice. ABCDL further reserves the right to cancel any transaction or withdraw or revoke any reward for any reason whatsoever, without any liability, including in the event any fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected.

11. In case any dispute arises in respect of or in connection with, this offer, the decision of ABCDL shall be final and binding

12. This offer, the Reward and any associated benefits shall be provided to the User at the sole discretion of ABCDL

13. Payments made and transactions undertaken through the ABCD App, shall be subject to ABCD App's Terms and Conditions, its UPI Terms and Conditions and BBPS Terms and Conditions, and any additional terms that ABCDL may specify in this regard, and the same shall be deemed to have been incorporated herein by reference.

14. By undertaking transactions through the ABCD App, and by avaling this offer, the User hereby consents to these Terms, the Terms and Conditions of the ABCD App, and its Privacy Policy, which shall apply in addition to these Terms and the same shall be deemed to have been incorporated herein by reference.

15. ABCDL shall be entitled to revise or amend these Terms at any time, by posting an updated version on the ABCD App

The updated version of the Terms shall take effect immediately and it is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates/changes. The User's continuing to avail this offer, shall be deemed to mean that the User accepts such changes, revisions or modifications.

16. in the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Terms and Conditions of the ABCD App, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency
