Offer Terms & Conditions:

• This Monthly offer" Offer") is a limited term promotional offer provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Amazon") in relation to the quick response ("QR") based UPI payments.
• These terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to terms and conditions (including Amazon Pay User Agreement) and Privacy Notice of Amazon applicable to you. To the extent such terms and conditions are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
• The Offer is valid from March 1st, 2023 to March 31st , 2023 (both days inclusive) ("Offer Period"), unless revoked or extended by Amazon, in its sole discretion, without any reason or prior notice, and without liability.

Under this Offer, any third-party merchant who fulfills all of the below conditions ("Eligible Merchant"):

• (a) Enrolls himself/herself as a merchant with Amazon by an Amazon whitelisted agent or completed registration through SSR flow.
• (b) is availing Amazon Pay UPI through a QR based mode ("Eligible Payment Method") for accepting payments from its Amazon customers;
• (a) accepts and receives payments from Amazon customers using Eligible Payment Method with a transaction value equal to or greater than INR 30 for sale of merchant’s products, will be eligible for receiving a reward of INR 100 for every 10 unique Amazon customers. Under the Offer, the Eligible Merchant is entitled to earn reward worth upto INR 500 during the Offer Period.
• The reward will be provided to the Eligible Merchant in the form of Amazon Gift Card, issued by Pine Labs Private Limited, redeemable as Amazon Pay balance in the Amazon.in account of the Eligible Merchant. • The reward (under this Offer) will be provided to the Eligible Merchant within 7 working days of meeting the criteria mentioned under Section 4 above.
• A transaction will qualify under this Offer only if the entire payment must be made using the Eligible Payment Method. Any transaction undertaken by customers using a mode of payment other than the Eligible Payment Method, or multiple payment methods, including the Eligible Payment Method, will not qualify under this Offer.
• A transaction will qualify under this Offer only if the transaction is received from Amazon customer using their Amazon App through scan and pay mode.
• Transaction received on Amazon QR from Amazon merchants, will not qualify under this Offer.
• Amazon reserves the right to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, or to replace (wholly or in part) this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
• In case a customer cancels (for any reason whatsoever) the transaction or the payment made using the Eligible Payment Method, such transaction will not qualify under this Offer.
• Any query / issue in relation to the Offer or the cashback can be addressed by submitting request through Amazon Pay -> Merchant Centre -> Contact Seller support after logging into https:// https://www.amaz...n/ using your merchant credentials and will be entertained by Amazon only during the Offer Period. Post expiry of the Offer Period, Amazon will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer or the cashback from any person.
• Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by Amazon or any of its affiliates to conduct further, similar or other offers.
• Under no circumstances, will the reward under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by Amazon or any of its affiliates.
• By participating in this Offer, you expressly agree that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including the loss or damage on account of delivery of the products by the Eligible Merchant, or any use or misuse of the product sold by the Eligible Merchant, or the purchase made by customer from the Eligible Merchant or the inability to make payment for the transaction whether through Eligible Payment Method or otherwise, for any reason whatsoever.
• Amazon reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Merchants from the benefits of the Offer if the Eligible Merchant, for the purpose of availing the Offer, is found to be engaged in any activity which in Amazon's sole discretion is considered to be fraudulent, irregular, abusive or in violation of the Offer Terms. In such an event, Amazon's decision to disqualify the merchant shall be final and binding.
• This Offer is governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
• Any merchant is not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary. This Offer is being made available purely on a "best effort basis".
• Any merchant availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
