Bought an Acer32 inch LED TV. After a month or two, speaker was having issues. Called customer care and next day on site visit was arranged. Engineer told he will have to order parts. After about a week he revisited and changed the speaker. So overall good experience in terms of after sales. I live in Bangalore. The service might vary from area to area.
