T&C says - CB in Paytm Wallet by 01-Feb-23. Amex is quite reliable. If not received, you can complain to them on 2nd Feb they will usually honor the 500 immediately and take it up with paytm.

Saw this offer in my account, but when I tried for 10k, I got the error "Please try with different payment mode like UPI, netbanking or a different card. Transaction limits will revise as you continue using Paytm.". I did load 4k this month from Amex so probably hit some monthly limit. When I lowered it to 5k it went through but was charged 2.64% commission.

I got my cashback today for an amount of Rs.257 and it showed with the note "Amex CB". At 5%, it should have been Rs.250 so not sure where the extra Rs.7 comes from.
