This Instant Discount Offer (defined below) is a promotional offer administered by HDFC (“HDFC”) in partnership with Reliance Retail Limited (“AJIO”) on www.Aj...om (“AJIO Website”) and on AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”) collectively (“AJIO Platform”), for the sale of specified products displayed on AJIO Platform (“Specified Products”).

PERIOD:
The Instant Discount Offer will commence at [00:00:00 AM] on 22nd April, 2021, and continue until [23:59:59] on 26th April, 2021, or such other date on which the Instant Discount Offer is revoked by AJIO or HDFC (“Offer Term”)

OFFER:
AJIO customers (“Users”) will be eligible to avail the Instant Discount Offer only if:

Users make payment for purchase of the Specified Products using select HDFC credit card, as may be determined by HDFC; and
The total value of a single order for purchase of Specified Products on the AJIO Platform is equal to or greater than Rs. 3500, after taking into account all applicable discounts.
Upon purchasing Specified Products in accordance with the above paragraphs, eligible Users will receive an instant discount of flat 10% with a maximum discount of amount Rs. 1000 (“Instant Discount Offer”).

Users can avail this Instant Discount Offer once per month during the Offer Term
The Instant Discount Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by AJIO or HDFC.
The maximum discount offered under the Instant Discount Offer shall be Rs. 1000
All products returned by Users under the Instant Discount Offer shall be entertained as per AJIO’s prevailing product return policy.

AJIO and/or HDFC reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Instant Discount Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the User(s) without prior notice to the Users
The Instant Discount Offer shall also be subject to such additional terms and conditions as AJIO and/or HDFC may notify from time to time.
Participation in this Instant Discount Offer is purely voluntary.
AJIO does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of this Instant Discount Offer. Maximum liability of AJIO is limited only to the value of the minimum billing amount of the Instant Discount Offer.
Instant Discount Offer is subject to discontinuation or revocation in cases of fraudulent/ suspicious transaction or if there are any technical glitches or force majeure conditions as determined by AJIO or HDFC only.
AJIO (including employees and directors) would not be liable or held responsible for any inactivated HDFC Credit Card; any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, telecom, SMS and emails service providers.
All disputes are subject to the laws of India and Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
