I have offer in offer section but didn’t got anything

I just recharged 2nd time in these month and it asked me to select one from both the offers so you can only  select any one offer from both of them.
And if you also want the movie offer then you have to do another recharge.
And just after the recharge was successful the offer also came to collect.
