Just an important update - If your transaction is failed and payu gateway page still showing your card already used this offer then use this trick, work only for desktop/web browser users -
Go to browser history and reopen your payu gateway page (or right click on all payu page history and click on one by one "open link in new tab". Your old failed order will immediately cancelled and you can reuse your card again for this add money offer.

Even if you get an additional debit card after holding 2 physical and 1 virtual card, it'll not be setup for online payments. You'll not get an OTP for that card, and won't see a phone number listed for that card on the payment screen. The card will otherwise work fine for PoS and ATM transactions, but online domestic transactions will be handicapped. If you complain to BoB, they'll tell you that one account holder cannot hold more than 3 cards, one virtual and 2 physical. If you complain about why BoB sanctioned the additional, charged card in the first place if they knew, BoB will shrug its shoulders, ask you to block the card and send mail for refund. If you think of being clever, by blocking this third card and ordering a replacement, it'll arrive with the same problem. This is only after hours of calls and mails with a clueless CC. Initially they'll mention all sorts of things about ensuring that the correct card control for online payments is set up in Bob world etc.etc.

Give gap of around 10 mins if not working
ICICI worked for 4 times with below steps
1. Enter Debit card details
2. Transaction fails
3.Enter same card details and choose Do not save option
Did amazon show you limit exhausted after failure
