1. What is the Amazon Business Diwali Special Offer (“Offers”)?

(a) Shop on Amazon.in/business between 16th October 2020 to 23rd October from your verified business account & avail the following cashback offer:

Get 5% Cashback on minimum spend of INR 1,00,000. Apply code B2BDIWALI and avail maximum cashback of INR 10,000.

(b) The Offer is applicable only on purchase of all products except for Mobiles & accessories, Jewelry, beauty products, grocery and pantry, baby products, gift cards, bill payments on Amazon.in/business and by a Business Customer during the Offer Period, for a minimum spend of INR 100000.

2. How can I avail this cashback offer?

(a) Shop on Amazon Business (Sign in with your business account on Amazon.in) for order value more than INR 100000 & avail 5% cashback. On the checkout page, enter code “B2BDIWALI” under “Gift Cards, Voucher & Promotional codes” section. You will see a message “Promotion Applied”. As long as INR 100000 or more is charged & payment is done through electronic payment mode while making purchase of laptops and desktops on Amazon.in/business, you will get a cashback on the purchase.

No

4. If I don’t apply the code but make a purchase of value above INR 100000 will I get the cashback?

No. You can avail cashback only if you apply code “B2BDIWALI” at the checkout page under “Gift Cards, Voucher & Promotional codes” section. You will see a message “Promotion Applied” below Promotions applied. Please click on “Place Your Order and Pay” to successfully place your order.

5. What is the minimum transaction size for the cashback for the duration of the event?

The minimum transaction amount to avail discount is INR 100000 for 5% cashback on all the products in a single transaction on Amazon.in/business, net of buybacks, refunds and cancellations.

No. Please note that the offer is valid on selected set of products. 7. What is the maximum discount that I can avail?

The maximum discount that can be availed under the offer is INR 10000 on the purchases of all the products across Amazon.in/business during the Offer Period.

8. Is cashback under this offer applicable on credit, debit & corporate cards?

Yes. The cashback is available with only electronic payment mode – credit and debit cards, corporate cards, net banking, Amazon Pay & Gift Cards. This offer is not applicable for Cash on delivery orders.

9. My payment failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for the cash back under this Offer?

If your payment failed while placing an order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revive your payment for such order made using your Business Account. If you revive your payment within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the gift coupon.

Terms and Conditions

This is a limited period cashback offer (“Offer”) provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”), and made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) on the business to business marketplace section of the website www.ama...in and the mobile site / application thereof (collectively, “Amazon Business”).

Please read these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) before availing the Offer. You agree that, by participating in this Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Offer Terms and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements and conditions of the Offer, as provided herein below.

These Offer Terms are in addition to the Amazon Business Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice to which you agree by using Amazon Business. To the extent the Amazon Business Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.

You may only avail this Offer if you are: (a) located in India; (b) a registered and verified business customer on Amazon Business; and © have a billing address in India.

Under these Offer Terms, any registered and verified business customer fulfilling the eligibility criteria (mentioned above), who during the Offer Period, makes a purchase of laptops and desktops on Amazon Business, for an amount equivalent to or more than INR 100000/- (for 5% cashback) and makes the payment for such an order / purchase transaction through an electronic payment mode (each an “Eligible Customer”) will be eligible to receive a cashback in the following manner: (i) 5% Cashback on minimum spend of INR 100000, Maximum cashback that can be availed under this offer is INR 10000 on purchase of all products.

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer is not applicable on: (a) the purchase of the following: if payment is made using cash on delivery payment methods.

It is hereby clarified that each Eligible Business Customer will be entitled to avail this Offer only once (i.e. only on one order for purchase of product(s) of a minimum amount of INR 100000/-). An Eligible Business Customer cannot avail this Offer on any subsequent order / purchase transaction during the Offer Period.

The cashback will be provided to the Eligible Business Customers in the form of Amazon.in Gift Cards (“Gift Card”), issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited, which is redeemable into Amazon Pay balance. The use and redemption of the Gift Card(s) is governed by the Amazon.in Gift Card Terms and Conditions, available here.

The cashback will be provided to the Eligible Business Customer on or before 10th November 2020. Cashback gets credit in Apay wallet within 3-7 days of the product getting shipped after the code has been applied while purchasing the product.

This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion available on Amazon Business.

In the event the order or part thereof, is returned or cancelled by the Eligible Customer, seller or Amazon, for any reason whatsoever, and subsequently the order / purchase transaction value falls below 100000/- the order will not qualify for this Offer and the participation of the Eligible Customer will be deemed withdrawn.

You expressly agree that Amazon and/or APIPL or any of their affiliates shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with your use or delivery or misuse of the product purchased on Amazon Business or any cashback provided under this Offer.

Amazon and/or APIPL reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

Any queries in relation to the Offer should be addressed to APIPL and will be entertained only till expiry of the Offer Period. Any complaints regarding the cashback needs to be directed to [APIPL] and will be entertained only till 20th November 2020.

You are not bound in any manner to participate in or avail this Offer. This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and any decision of participating in or availing this Offer is purely voluntary.

Neither Amazon nor APIPL or any of their affiliates make any warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or for delivery or after sales services) in relation to the products. Under no circumstances, will the cashback being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by APIPL. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the cashback under this Offer.

No requests for transfer or assignment of the cashback under the Offer shall be entertained by Amazon or APIPL. You agree that all decisions of Amazon and/or APIPL in relation to the Offer are final and binding on you. Failure by Amazon and/or APIPL to enforce any of these Offer Terms in any instance shall not be deemed a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.

Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon and/or APIPL to conduct further, similar or other offers.

Amazon and/or APIPL reserve the right to disqualify a customer from the cashback of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.

These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
