1. What is the Amazon Business value days’ offer (“Offer”)?
   (a) Shop on Amazon.in/business during Amazon Business value days from your verified business account & avail the following cashback offer:
   Get 10% Cashback on a minimum spend of INR 1500. Apply code BVDAPR22 at check out. Maximum cashback of INR 500. Coupon applicable only once per customer.
   (b) The Offer is applicable on purchase of all products except for Mobiles & accessories, Jewelry, beauty products, Pantry, baby products, lawn & garden, health care related products, gift cards, bill payments on Amazon.in/business and by a Business Customer during the Offer Period, for a minimum spend of INR 1500.

   (d) The Offer is applicable for a successful transaction, upon adjustment for refunds, conducted on Amazon.in/business during the Offer Period.
   (e) Any cancelled order(s) will not be eligible for the offer. If the order value falls below INR 1500 then such transaction will not be eligible for the offer and the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund amount of such orders for the purpose of the Offer.
   (f) For all newly registered amazon business users, it will take 48 hours post verification for the users to be able to apply the code and avail the offer.
   (g) Offer is applicable only for the first two users of a business account. The first two user’s identification is basis the business registered date.

2. How can I avail this cashback offer?
   (a) Shop on Amazon Business (Sign in with your business account on Amazon.in) for an order value of more than INR 1500. On the checkout page, enter code “BVDAPR22” under “Gift Cards, Voucher & Promotional codes” section. You will see a message “Promotion Applied”. As long as INR 1500 or more is charged & payment is done through electronic payment mode while making the purchase on Amazon.in/business, you will get a cashback of 10% up to INR 500, on the purchase.
   
3. Is this offer valid on Cash on Delivery?
   No, this offer is not valid on Cash on Delivery mode.
   
4. If I don’t apply the code but make a purchase of value above INR 1500, will I get the cashback?
   No. You can avail the cashback only if you apply the code “BVDAPR22” at the checkout page under “Gift Cards, Voucher & Promotional codes” section. You will see a message “Promotion Applied”. Please click on “Place Your Order and Pay” to successfully place your order.
   
5. What is the minimum transaction value needed for the 10% cashback, and the maximum cashback which can be availed under this offer?
   The minimum purchase amount to avail the cashback is INR 1500, in a single transaction on Amazon.in/business, net of buybacks, refunds and cancellations. The maximum cashback that can be availed under the offer is INR 500

   No. Please note that the offer is valid on selected set of products. 7. Is cashback under this offer applicable on payment using credit, debit & corporate cards?
   Yes. The cashback is available with electronic payment modes only – credit and debit cards, corporate cards, net banking, Amazon Pay & Gift Cards. This offer is not applicable for Cash on delivery orders.
   
8. My payment failed while placing the order. Will I be eligible for the cash back under this Offer?
   If your payment failed while placing an order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revive your payment for such order made using your Business Account. If you revive your payment within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the cashback.

This is a limited period cashback offer (“Offer”) provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”), and made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) on the business to business marketplace section of the website www.ama...in and the mobile site / application thereof (collectively, “Amazon Business”).
2. Please read these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) before availing the Offer. You agree that, by participating in this Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Offer Terms and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements and conditions of the Offer, as provided herein below.

An Eligible Business Customer cannot avail this Offer on any subsequent order / purchase transaction during the Offer Period.
9. The cashback will be provided to the Eligible Business Customers in the form of Amazon.in Gift Cards (“Gift Card”), issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited, which is redeemable into Amazon Pay balance. The use and redemption of the Gift Card(s) is governed by the Amazon.in Gift Card Terms and Conditions, available here.
10. The cashback will be provided to the Eligible Business Customer within 3-7 days of the product getting shipped after the code has been applied while purchasing the product.
11. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion available on Amazon Business.
12. In the event the order or part thereof, is returned or cancelled by the Eligible Customer, seller or Amazon, for any reason whatsoever, and subsequently the order / purchase transaction value falls below 1500/- the order will not qualify for this Offer and the participation of the Eligible Customer will be deemed withdrawn.
13. You expressly agree that Amazon and/or APIPL or any of their affiliates shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with your use or delivery or misuse of the product purchased on Amazon Business or any cashback provided under this Offer.
14. Amazon and/or APIPL reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
15. Any queries in relation to the Offer should be addressed to APIPL and will be entertained only till expiry of the Offer Period. Any complaints regarding the cashback needs to be directed to [APIPL] and will be entertained only till 20th May 2022.
16. You are not bound in any manner to participate in or avail this Offer. This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and any decision of participating in or availing this Offer is purely voluntary.
17. Neither Amazon nor APIPL or any of their affiliates make any warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or for delivery or after sales services) in relation to the products. You hereby release APIPL, Amazon and their affiliates from liability of any kind in relation to the above.
18. Under no circumstances, will the cashback being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by APIPL. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the cashback under this Offer.
19. No requests for transfer or assignment of the cashback under the Offer shall be entertained by Amazon or APIPL. You agree that all decisions of Amazon and/or APIPL in relation to the Offer are final and binding on you. Failure by Amazon and/or APIPL to enforce any of these Offer Terms in any instance shall not be deemed a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
20. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon and/or APIPL to conduct further, similar or other offers.
21. Amazon and/or APIPL reserve the right to disqualify a customer from the cashback of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
22. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
