2.How can I avail this offer?

Just go through the normal purchase process and checkout with the eligible products. On the payment page, please select your saved Federal Bank Debit Cards and Credit Cards to pay.

3.What is the minimum transaction size for the offer?

As long as Rs 1,500 is spent on the card for purchase of eligible products in each cart separately (Fresh and Grocery), you will be eligible for the offer.

4.What is the maximum discount that I can avail?

The maximum discount possible per Federal Bank Debit Card and Credit Card across Amazon.in Site and App is Rs 500 per credit card and Rs 300 per debit card per month.

5.Is discount applicable on debit and credit cards?

Yes, the discount is available only on Federal Bank Debit and Credit Cards.

6.Can I avail discount on EMI?

No, the discount is not applicable on EMI transactions.

7.I did not receive the discount. Why?

Please make sure you are using an eligible card, and have eligible Fresh products worth Rs. 1,500 or more in each cart separately (Grocery & Fresh).

8.My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the offer?
