Currently their are two different amazon fresh scratch cards available and both of them are combining i have placed an order and cashback of 400 was showing on checkout page but as we all know amazon fresh cashback credits when product is shipped so i will update how much cashback i received when product is shipped also you can clearly see one cashback card is in orange color and other one is in grey color

Whatever cashback showing on checkout page will be given as for bank offers you can use apay icici card for 5% cashback, axis grab deals for 10% cashback and hdfc smartbuy 5% cashback(not sure)

I’ve tried it all select payment method as UPI or apay balance, mix and match apay with card nothing working, not showing 400 cb. Incase of UPI showing extra 50 bucks CB
Suspect either they are getting 400 because of some other offer along with 200 Fresh cashback.
Or the most plausible cause is that both offers are not always applicable on same Store. Check offer terms and conditions 5th point.
If it is showing on payment page there is 99% chance we will receive cb
