This Free Garlic + Onion offer (“Offer”) is provided by Amazon Retail (India) Private Limited (“ARIPL”) Amazon Fresh by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”).
These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the amazon fresh Service Terms and Conditions, the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice as available at the Amazon Fresh service on Amazon.in. To the extent the amazon fresh Service Terms and Conditions, the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale, and Privacy Notice are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.
You may only avail this Offer if you are: (a) located in India; (b) have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in; and © have a serviceable billing address in India.

The Benefit under this Offer will be provided to the Eligible Customers immediately before placing the final order.
There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the Benefit under this Offer. No requests for transfer or assignment of the Benefit under the Offer shall be entertained.
This Offer is applicable only on products sold by ARIPL. Infant Nutrition products are not eligible.
In the event you fail to comply with any term under these Offer Terms, you will not be eligible to receive any Benefit under this Offer.
All disputes between you and ARIPL in relation to the Offer or any claim related thereto will be resolved inter se and ARIPL will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and ARIPL.
ARIPL and/or ASSPL reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change any or all of these Offer Terms, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not. ARIPL, further, reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the Benefit under the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
ARIPL and ASSPL has a right to remove the Offer from the Amazon Fresh service at any time, in its sole discretion, without any prior notice or liability.
You agree that all decisions of ARIPL and ASSPL related to the Offer are final and binding on you. Failure by ARIPL to enforce any of these Offer Terms, in any instance, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
This Offer is being made purely on a “best-effort” basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary. By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that ARIPL or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that an Eligible Customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or misuse, and/or any other matter in relation to products purchased under the Order.
This Offer is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
