There is lot of difference between instant discount and cash back.. sbi card was giving instant discount icici card is giving cash back.

icici amz pay card holders will also get regular 5%/3% cashback in addition to 15%.

Yes, but cashback is not much delayed. As soon as order is dispatched, u get cb. So still good enough.
