Now amazon support of all chat/call/social media are all fraud. I have the same case of Ist payment with amazon pay later with 2 offers on prime account. Ist flat 200 cashback on order greater than 400 and 2nd 25% cashback, max 250. I placed a order of Ts 417/- and they give as per 25% means 104 since they should give offer of max benefit means rs 200 on order more than 400 which was clearly mentioned on offer tnc.
Contacted all chat/call/social media – but all saying their investigating team found 25% offer is auto-applied so it will be final.
I have mailed them all proofs of offers etc but they were adamant.
So, don’t take risk if cashback is Rs 150 and you don’t want order cancel it since support is not going to help.
Earlier they use to +ly help in such case but not now…….

I did collect the coupon, but doesn’t show cashback availability during order placement. Something fishy.

cash back(250 for 2000) not shown at final payment page. But As per T&C only after successful transaction cash back will be credited. I got cashback 250 for ordering 2001 only after total payment through APAY.
Edit : Received 250 instantly after placing order.

it will not show any cashback while placing order. Only after completion of successful transaction cashback credited with is 2 minutes in my account. Just 15 minutes back happened.
