a) Shop for any order value between 1st May – 31st May and above from eligible products on Amazon Pantry store on Amazon.in, unlock 3 coupons (worth INR 150) for your next 3 orders, valid for redemption from 1st June – 30th June, 1st July -31st July & 1st August -31st August respectively.

b) The cashback will be credited within 3 working days of order delivery.

c) Customer can claim max INR 450 back provided customer has collected all 3 coupons before making a purchase.

d) The coupons will be unlocked post the delivery of 1st purchase made between 1st May – 31st May. Customers will be notified via email/app push/SMS on the future unlocked coupon.

e) The offer is applicable on pincodes served by Pantry except in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata.

2. What do I need to do to unlock the Flat INR 450 future cashback offer?
Place your order on Amazon Pantry store of any order value using any prepaid method between 1st May, 2021 to 31st May, 2021 (offer qualifying period) and get 3 coupons of Flat INR 150 cashback, min order of INR 1500 (from 1st June – 30th June, 1st July -31st July & 1st August -31st August respectively) via email/SMS/push notification within 3 working days of order delivery.

3. What do I need to do after I unlock the Flat INR 450 future cashback offer?
a) After you place an order of any value on Amazon Pantry store between 1st May, 2021 and 31st May, 2021, you will receive an email/SMS/push notification that you have unlocked future Amazon Pantry cashback coupons.

b) Click on the notification and come to rewards page where you will see the 3 Amazon Pantry cashback coupons. The coupon will be valid for INR 150 cashback per order (on future order worth INR 1500).

c) You must click and collect the cashback coupons to avail offer on your future purchases. If you are not able to see the coupon, you are not eligible for the coupon because you may not have made 1 eligible transaction between 1st May – 31st May.

d) After you have collected the coupon, come back and make a purchase on the same Amazon Pantry/More (as per valid timelines mentioned in the coupon) worth INR 1500 and get INR 150 cashback once per order. The coupon can be claimed between 1st June – 30th June, 1st July -31st July & 1st August -31st August respectively.

e) Max cashback that you can avail under this offer is INR 450 (for all 3 orders placed after collecting coupon)

4. What is the offer duration?
Coupons will be unlocked for purchases made between 1st May – 31st May, both days inclusive. Post this order, the coupons of INR 150 will be unlocked and will be valid from 1st June – 30th June, 1st July -31st July & 1st August -31st August respectively.

5. What is the minimum order value?
INR 1500 to claim the unlocked coupon offer, for eligible products, excluding discounts and delivery fees.

6. Are all products eligible for the offer?
No, the unlocked coupon is applicable only on grocery, health and personal care, baby, pets, beauty product/products. This Offer is not applicable on infant nutrition products.

7. Is this offer applicable on cash on delivery or card on delivery?
No, Cash on Delivery and card on delivery are not eligible for this offer. Offer prepaid payment instruments are eligible for the offer.

8. Can this offer be clubbed with any other offer running on Amazon Pantry?
Yes, this offer can be clubbed with any other offer running on Amazon Pantry provided all the other offer terms are being met.

9. What is the maximum cashback I can avail under this offer?
A customer can avail max INR 150 per individual order for orders placed between from 1st June – 30th June, 1st July -31st July & 1st August -31st August respectively..

10. Do I need a promo code to avail the offer?
Customer will have to collect the coupon unlocked to redeem the future INR 150 coupon. The future coupons will be unlocked after the delivery of the 1st transaction.

11. When will I get the cashback?
The cashback will be credited to the Amazon Pay balance account within 3 working days of order delivery. In case there is a partial delivery or partial cashback, the balance will be credited within 15 working days. In case the final invoiced value of an eligible order goes below the eligible threshold due to seller related shorts/substitutions/price drops, the cashback will be credited within 15 working days.

12. What happens if I reject/return/cancel the order?
If you cancel/reject the complete order, you will not be eligible for the offer. However if you place another eligible order during the offer period, you will be eligible for the offer. In case of partial cancellation, the refund amount will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Example: if a customer buys products worth INR 1000 under the offer, however due to some reasons she/he decides to reject/return INR 1000 worth of products, then she will be refunded INR 850 (INR 150 will be adjusted against the cashback credited)

This Amazon Pantry Get up to Rs 450 back offer (“Offer”) is provided by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”) and made available on Amazon Pantry/More/Big Bazaar stores on Amazon.in (hereinafter referred to as, “Prime Now”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”).
These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Prime Now Service Terms and Conditions, the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice as available at the Amazon Pantry service on Amazon.in. To the extent the Prime Now Service Terms and Conditions, the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale, and Privacy Notice are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.
You may only avail this Offer if you are: (a) located in India; (b) have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in; and © have a serviceable billing address in India.

The Benefit under this Offer will be provided to the Eligible Customers within 3 working days of order delivery of the eligible order. In case there is a partial cashback, the balance will be provided within 15 (fifteen) working days of the delivery of the Eligible Order.
In the event when an Eligible Order is partially fulfilled (i.e., item(s) cancelled or substituted by seller) the order will remain eligible, and the Benefit calculated as per the order value at the time of placing order. In the event item(s) are rejected or returned by the Eligible Customer, or/and item(s) refunded to the Eligible Customer, the order will remain eligible as per the order value at the time of placing order, but the Benefit would be calculated proportionally as per the final order value. However, in the event such order is fully cancelled by either the Eligible Customer or APIPL or ASSPL, the Eligible Customer will not be eligible to receive any Benefit.

APIPL and/or ASSPL reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change any or all of these Offer Terms, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not. APIPL, further, reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the Benefit under the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
APIPL and ASSPL has a right to remove the Offer from the Amazon Pantry service at any time, in its sole discretion, without any prior notice or liability.
You agree that all decisions of APIPL and ASSPL related to the Offer are final and binding on you. Failure by APIPL to enforce any of these Offer Terms, in any instance, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
This Offer is being made purely on a “best-effort” basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary. By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that APIPL or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that an Eligible Customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or misuse, and/or any other matter in relation to products purchased under the Order.
