This offer (“Offer”) is provided by HDFC Bank Limited (“Bank”) and Amazon Pay (India) Pvt. Ltd is made available on the website www.ama...in or the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”).
These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in and Terms & Conditions of Cards of HDFC Bank. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
All residents of India holding a valid credit card or debit card issued by the Bank (each a “Card”) are eligible to avail the Offer (each a “Cardholder”).
Offer valid on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from January to March, 2021 during 15th, 16th, 17th, 29th, 30th and 31st Jan, 12th, 13th, 14th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 26th, 27th, 28th Feb, 12th, 13th, 14th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 26th, 27th, 28th Mar, 2021 for all Amazon customers , without any prior notice and without any liability.
Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases any product(s) (each a “Product”, and collectively “Products”) in Amazon Pantry Store on Amazon.in (click here) or Amazon Fresh (click here) and makes payment using a Card shall be entitled to receive an instant discount of 5% provided that such transaction is equivalent to or exceeds INR 2,000 for each cart separately (Pantry or Fresh).
The maximum discount provided under this Offer will not exceed INR 250 per Card per month.
Example (For Credit Card):

a) Pantry cart value is Rs. 2000, max discount is Rs 100

b) Fresh cart value is Rs. 2000 and Pantry cart value is Rs. 4000

If Fresh cart is checked out first, discount on Fresh would be Rs. 100 and Pantry discount would be Rs. 150. If Pantry cart is checked out first then discount on Pantry would be 200 and Fresh would be Rs. 50.

c) Pantry cart value is Rs. 1000 and Fresh cart value is Rs. 1000 irrespective of checkout sequence discount on both will be Rs. 0 as this transaction doesn’t meet the minimum transaction criteria of either carts.

The purchase of Product by Cardholders on equated monthly instalments (EMI) will also eligible for this Offer.
The Offer is NOT applicable on payment made by customers using the ‘Card on Delivery’ payment option.
This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded or.
Amazon and/or the Bank reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
Amazon and/ or the Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
Delinquent and over-limit Bank’s credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.
Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein will prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes will be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card member agreement.
This Offer is not valid on commercial Cards.
This Offer is not available on: (i) purchase of products other than the Product, or (ii) purchase of Product using a card other than the Card(s).
By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that Bank and Amazon will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with the Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or misuse of the Product(s). Bank shall not be liable for delivery, service, suitability, availability or quality of the products offered under this offer.
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/ disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.

HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by The partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with The partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by The partner
HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.
This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.
The offer cannot be combined with any other offer
If promo code is mentioned as part of the communication (please refer Offer details tab) then customer has to use the code to avail the offer; in case the code is not used Discount/ CashBack cannot be credited back to customer at a later date.

Tat for any program posting of Reward Points/CashBack , is liable only by 90th day, post the month of program. Any advancements in TAT is subjective and will be basis mutual consensus between merchant and The Bank.
Any TAT committed with respect to posting of Reward Points/ CashBack for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of posting; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.
In case of delay in posting or non-posting of Reward Points/ CashBack if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & have the Reward points/ CashBack posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C
