Please suggest urgently if it is necessary the vodafone and amazon phone number should be same? I bought amazon prime from vi app using my family member number and when click on activate now button in vi app, I am getting “Exception from Vodafone sor”. I called to vi cust care which are totally useless. Moreover activate now needs to done by tomorrow 12pm. Wtf. Can anyone plz help how to resolve this?

as far as I know they have to be the same what you can do is go to your Amazon account change your contact number to the Vodafone number activate the prime subscription
