1. This limited period promotional Youth Offer on Prime (“Offer”), is provided to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).
2. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon Prime Terms and Conditions and the applicable Privacy Notice, to which you agree by availing Amazon Prime membership. In the event of any conflict between such terms and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, for the purposes of this Offer only.
3. This Offer starts from 5th July, 2019 (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability.
4. During the Offer Period, any customer between the age of 18 to 24 years who signs up for the Annual Amazon Prime membership, (either paid membership or free trial) or 3-month paid Prime membership, and verifies her/ his age, will be provided cashback in the form of a promotional Amazon Pay Gift Card (issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited). Customers who sign up for annual Prime membership and verify their age will receive Amazon Pay cashback of INR 500 and customers who sign up for 3-month Prime membership and verify will receive a cashback of INR 165, subject to these Offer Terms.
5. If you have not submitted your KYC documents to Amazon prior to the Offer Period, to verify your age for the purposes of this Offer, you will be required to upload your age verification documents (i.e. one government issued identity card) and one selfie by the following steps: Prime Young Adult Page -> Prime Verification Service on your Amazon mobile app.

1. If you have already submitted your KYC documents to Amazon for any other purposes prior to the Offer Period, you will be required to provide consent to verification your age from your previously submitted KYC documentation. (a) If you are not a Prime member, you will need to sign up for either 1 year membership, 3-month membership or Free trial and go to Prime -> Youth Offer on Prime (banner) and provide consent on the “youth offer on Prime” page. (b) If you have already signed up for Prime, you can go to “Your Account” -> “Manage Prime Membership” -> “Get 50% cashback”. You will come to Youth Offer on Prime page, where you can give your consent.
2. If you have submitted your KYC documents to Amazon prior to the Offer Period, please consent to verification of your age through your previously submitted KYC documentation, in order to avail this Offer.
3. If you purchase the Annual or 3-month Amazon Prime Membership, you must complete the age verification process within 15 days of the date on which such membership is activated and you will be provided cashback in the form of the promotional Amazon Pay Gift Card within 3 days of successful age verification.
4. If you avail the free trial for the Amazon Prime Membership, you must complete the age verification process within 45 days (within 30 days of a free trial and within 15 days of paid membership at the end of the free trial) of the date on which such membership is activated and you will be provided cashback in the form of the promotional Amazon Pay Gift Card within 3 days of activation of your paid Annual Amazon Prime Membership, whichever comes first.
5. Youth Offer on Prime cannot be combined with any other parallel cashback offer to join Prime.
6. The promotional Amazon Pay Gift Card(s), issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited under this Offer can be redeemable as Amazon Pay balance associated with your Amazon.in account subject to the applicable
7. Under this Offer, once an eligible customer has given her or his consent for age verification and becomes eligible for the cashback in the form of promotional Amazon Pay Gift Card, she or he will not be able to cancel their Amazon Prime membership.
8. In the event you fail to comply with any term under these Offer Terms, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit under this Offer.
9. Participation in this Offer is voluntary and this Offer is provided on a best efforts basis. By participating in this Offer, you expressly agree that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with use or misuse of or any matter relating to Amazon Prime Membership purchased / subscribed under this Offer.
10. Under no circumstances will the benefit being offered under this Offer be provided in cash by Amazon, i.e. there are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the benefit. No requests for transfer or assignment of the benefits under the Offer shall be entertained.
11. Any failure by Amazon to enforce any of these Offer Terms in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of these Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
12. Amazon reserves the right to disqualify any customer from availing this Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
13. Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change any or all of these Offer Terms, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without any prior notice or without any liability.
14. Any queries or issues in relation to availing the Offer should be addressed to Amazon and such queries or issues will be entertained by Amazon only during the Offer Period.
15. This Offer is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
