just got a sms from HDFC, the offer for 5% uotp 50 on utility is withdrawn from september 30
above offers will be effective from 1st October, 2020.
ok, only HDFC bank withdraw 5% upto 50 utility bill offer.
use any other bank RuPay platinum debit card.
NSDL Bank & Paytm Bank issue RuPay platinum debit card.
Note - utility bill Cost is shared by NPCI and issuers/banks and issuers/banks have an option to not provide the benefits if they want.
Have one rupay card lying around from Uco bank or whatever. But it doesn’t say platinum, would it work?

Never used paytm bank since I opened it 2+ years ago and they marked my account as dormant. Time has come finally to start using it.
How do I add funds? Current balance is 0. Will it auto deduct from paytm balance is paytm bank balance is 0 or should I explicitly add 400 into the paytm bank account now before making transaction on that card?
first add money to your Paytm bank saving/current/salary account.
add money through RuPay debit card or UPI/IMPS/NEFT.
