How min 3000? Its 1k bonus points only.

This is best best month to get a CC, as this is the end of FY 20-21. Banks are bit aggressive to gain customer base.
Grab the opportunity, if you want !

For what? To get a card that half of the stores don’t accept?

Can anyone explain why this amex card is good baring security thing. If I look at their.reward program they give 1RP for ever Rs.50 spent and 4RP is equal to Rs.1, i.e. for every Rs.200 spent I will get Rs.1 which is just 0.5%. There are many LTF cards which give 1 or more % then why people opt for Amex card?

It gives the same 5% cashback in flipkart in form of reward points.. u can use them on online stores… everyone considers amex is like iphone of credit cards.. u can have a google and check man.. always the opinions are personal.. i feel good to have one..

If u spend 1000 or more for four times in a calendar month , you can get 1000 more bonus rewards.
In this scenario cash back value is ~10%.
Now from 1st Apr onwards they are changing t0 1500₹ four times to spent to get 1000 reward points.

Ok.. so in an year maximum 3000 bonus RP after spending Rs.18000 which is 4.1% and I think this benefit is not there in smart earn card. It is there in membership reward card which have higher fee and higher target for fee waiver.

Smart earn have 10x rewards on Flipkart and Uber and 5x on Amazon and other ….only 50000 rs target to get waive off on annual fee…

Thier 18k and 22k rewards offer upto 0.5-0.6 value..
