Yeah, that’s the standard T &Cs for all Amex deals. Should work though. Try enrolling and see if you get a confirmation.

I use Amex exclusively for online purchases, malls and HP petrol pump. Visa/Mastercard for remaining offline places.
Actually if you accumulate 24000 points then you can get 11000 Amex card or 10000 bill reimbursement.

Is it applicable on ICICI Amex card?
AMEX cards given by other banks are worst – normally they’re not valid for AMEX offers and not valid for that bank offers also. 
Recently, Paytm sale had 10% cashback on ICICI credit cards, but specifically mentioned not valid on ICICI AMEX. Similarly, most AMEX offers mention in t&c that it’s not valid on AMEX cards given by other banks. Here, it’s not mentioned specifically in t&c, but I wouldn’t take the risk considering the history.
Everytmwhere it is saying gold card,. I have membership rewards. Should I take risk ? I guess these kind of offers will again come around October November as well.
Though I never got any emails from Amex, I have availed many such promotions by enrolling thru the link (Travel Card, Book My Show, 1000 Bonus Points).
But, those offers are not specific for Gold Card.
Here, it is mentioned clearly as Gold Card. So, I really doubt if it will work this time (unless you are a Gold Card Member)

To all those who wanted to know about other variants, it seems this only applicable on gold charge card, as confirmed by CC.
In fact, they clarified that the expenses I do on my companion mrcc card are not counted towards this offer, although both the charge card and mrcc card fall under the same account. So, try this only for charge card to be on the safe side.

I called amex customer care , it’s only for gold card . Not for membership rewards or other cards even if you received the confirmation email.
