Then how are you getting 5000 spicejet voucher in 5000 points. I need to forego 7500 milestone bonus mr points to get 6000 spicejet voucher. 
value is sae for bonus & milestone points. spicejet vouchers you get for 6000 for 7500 and for 10K for 15K is only allowed once a yr on reaching spending milestone of 1.9L and 4Lac a year. apart from that all points bonus/regular holds smae value. .25p if you take any other GV apart from travel or pay for transaction from points.
for travel gift cards, 50P for spicejet and sliwghly lower for normal flight gift cards redeemable of amex travel site.
