U can add into paytm balance by paying a small charge of 2% to 4%, depending on what can be seen in your Paytm a/c

Thanks for the update. Previously I was using Zomato to add money in PayTM at 0% charges.
Now they(Zomato) have put limit only 2000 per month.
Yes they changed the limit from 10k to 2k,they are catching all loop holes
