How to use
Did a random check on a few cities and several stores in malls like Inorbit (Hyd), Phoenix Marketcity (Pune) etc. show up. Several popular (Irani Cafe Pune) and chain restaurants (Dominos etc.) too.
Also there are Reliance Digital Stores. Multiple stores in each city. I am not sure if Reliance has gift cards and if so best value would be

Yes. Make sure you save the offer on all cards separately.

what proof needed to get manual cashback of merchant doesn’t accept Amex card. Does the bill needs to have our name and phone number that mapped to Amex card?

Bro, I find one store ‘VDH STORE’ in your file for Ghaziabad location, but same is not showing on Amex link.

bro, it looks like a bug to me on their end.
Check this file (https://www.americanexpress.com/content/dam/ame...) and you will find the VDH Store listed there.
Notice that the “industry” for a few stores including VDH Store is present in capital letters (SUPERMARKETS & GROCERY). It looks like their UI (website) is not able to handle this correctly which is why it’s not showing up in the UI. I found same issue with few other stores which have industry in caps letter.

You can confirm this store with customer care but I doubt if they would be able to verify as I think they also rely on the same UI. Still can give a shot. Whatever their response is, I would suggest you to go ahead and do one transaction to confirm this yourself. I strongly feel it’s a website issue only as the store is present in data coming from the backend.

Tried it on a few transactions. Got CB in time and accurately for first 2 transactions, but got nothing for the next 3, no email etc. It has been a week roughly.
Will the different Apollo location Store counted as same merchant?

In Apollo you buy on MRP but get 25% off elsewhere. Waste offer for there. Use some where else.

I did one transaction in one of the toy shops which was not listed in site, the swipe was done in axis bank machine, however I got cb after 1 day..
So, do it in any shop and in any machine, cb for sure..
wrong info. do not take chances as this offer is for specific merchants and locations, check the store must have been present by another name on American express locations.
