Their buy 1 get 1 free is almost useless. Half of it will leaked out till it reaches you. Dont know why this apis company or atleast amazon packaging team takes care of the bottle cap first.
Its sad to see it go waste.

If you receive only half , just take pictures and send mail to [email protected] , they will refund you full amount or replace items as per your wish.

Same thing happened to me last year. I immediately took pictures and contracted Amazon. They provide a replacement. I really hate that Amazon doesn’t usually use any Buble wrapp for protection. They only use air packs.
And the Epis Himalaya honey isn’t pure 🍯 But good enough to be used on toast and in cooking

i did ask for replacement and after seeing the pics from the leaked package, they again sent 2 bottles but same thing happened. The company should really redesigned tgeir bottle caps.

Babur honey is best value for money.
I guess sometimes amazon transportation gets really rough. Sometimes the products arrive perfectly, sometimes with bumps or leakage. And one time, the box arrived as if an elephant trampled on it, that day all 3 contents were squashed flat. They refunded tho

Yeah this happens many times…and I think this completely depends on the delivery agent…some handle it very properly and some very roughly…
