I've checked redeeming online...it's working...don't know why it's showing as 0 when I visited store

Edit - now I've visited 3rd store and the same issue my balance is 0...and my other number it's showing as -33... how's that even possible

Same just happened with me. its a glitch I guess. One of my account showing 400 credits, two other account showing 300. But at store it was snowing only 100 coins in each acc. I'll be placing order online using these points before they realize and take back my coins.
