Beware or croma, I had ordered one on 9th Oct with delivery date of 11th
They dint deliver till 13th or updated, when raised a ticket and followup
They called back and said the delivery person could not find the address and took it back(no intimation of out to deliver or any sms or call from delivery erson)
Then they promised it will be delivered on 14th at any cost, today is 15th there is no delivery or update
And the real cause of concern is they dint email invoice when informed they mailed it in which its mentioned delivered on 11th
And surprisingly there is only CGST mentioned no mention of SGST, so basically eligible people can only claim 9% CGST input cost returns… What bout the other 9th who is pocketing it on MRP?
Really poor and flaky business beware
