It took me 3 months to get the premium card. Since I dis not receive any kyc related email or text was not aware the boh process. Later I dropped case in ombudsman 2006 act and all went within 6 days.
On 1st statement, I received bill of 3k for the anual fee whch got waved off in next cycle after communication with customer care. Their on call aupoort is not that great.
