What is the duration of the Offer?

How can I confirm my eligibility for this Offer?
To be eligible for this Offer, the customer should apply for the Card during the Offer Period and the application of such customer must be approved by the Bank for the issuance of the Card.

Do I need to make any purchases through this Card to be eligible for the Offer?
NO. You do not need to make any purchases through the Card to be eligible for this Offer. You will receive the Reward under the Offer if you apply for the Card and your application gets approved by the Bank for issuance of the Card.

How can I confirm if I have received my Reward under the Offer?
The Cardholder will immediately receive an email confirmation or a push notification from Amazon on receiving of Reward once the application for Card of the Cardholder gets approved by the Bank.

These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice as available on Amazon.in. The Reward under this Offer can be redeemed on use of the Card and hence, this Offer can be combined with any other offer or promotion available on the use or application for Card provided that all other Offer terms are being met.

By availing this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that neither Amazon nor the Bank (or any of their affiliates) will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.

Under no circumstances, will the Reward being provided under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by Amazon. No requests for transfer or assignment of the Reward under the Offer shall be entertained.

By agreeing to these Offer Terms, you agree to accept all Amazon’s decisions in relation to the Offer as final and binding on you. Failure by Amazon to enforce any of these Offer Terms, in any instance, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.

All disputes between the Cardholders and the Bank will be resolved inter se and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Cardholders and the Bank.

Any query or issue in relation to this Offer will be entertained only for a period of 10 days of carding and can be directed at Amazon.in Customer Support. Post such period, no communication will be entertained regarding this Offer.

In the event a Cardholder fails to comply with any term under these Offer Terms, such Cardholder will not be eligible to receive the Reward under this Offer.

Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by Amazon and/or the Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.

These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter or dispute in relation to this Offer.
