What is the Offer?

• As a part of the Offer, customers who submit the application form for Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card on the Platform, and are approved for the Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card by Axis Bank would be eligible for Flipkart Gift Cards of Rs 500, subject to the terms below.

• How does the customer get Rs 1000 worth of Flipkart Gift Cards?

• A Flipkart gift card worth Rs 500 will be provided on email to eligible customers whose Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card application has been approved by Axis Bank. Additionally, the Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card is equipped with a feature whereby a Flipkart gift card worth Rs 500 shall be provided by Axis Bank to eligible customers via an SMS upon activation of the Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card (i.e. first transaction by the customer using the Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card) on transaction settlement.

• What is the offer duration?

• The offer will be active from 00:00:00 hours 25th July, 2020 to 00:00:00 hours 3oth August, 2020.

• How and when will the customers be eligible for this offer?

• Subject to Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card application form being approved by Axis Bank, customers submitting the application form for Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card on the Platform within the prescribed period will receive an email within 30 days of the said card approval along with the voucher code for a Flipkart gift card worth Rs 500and its PIN. The instructions to add this EGV balance to the customer’s Flipkart account on the Platform will be provided in an email sent to the email address of the customer as registered on the Platform.

Preliminary

• # This offer (“Offer”) is being run on www.flipka...om, Flipkart mobile app, Flipkart m-site (collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”).

• # By participating in this Offer, the user (“Customer”, “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:

• # these terms and conditions (“T&C”); and
• the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, terms and conditions applicable on gift cards, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform and
• all applicable terms and conditions of the Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card.
• The Offer will be active from 00:00:00 hours 25th July, 2020 to 00:00:00 hours 30th August, 2020

• # To participate in the Offer, You must do/ fulfill the following:
• Age must be 18 years or above;
• Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same;
• apply for Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card on the Platform within the prescribed period

• # Under this Offer, subject to Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card application form being approved by Axis Bank Limited, customers submitting the application on the Platform will receive an email within 30 days of the said card approval along with the voucher code for a Flipkart gift card (“EGV”)worth Rs 500 and its PIN.

• # You acknowledge and confirm that you are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstandings and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.

• # By participating in this Offer, it would be deemed that You have given Flipkart/Axis Bank Limited Your consent to contact You through call, SMS or email on the details provided by You for the purpose of this Offer.

• # EGVs are not transferable. All the Terms and conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-v...er) shall be applicable.

• # You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the EGVs. Flipkart is not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if the EGV is lost, stolen or used without permission.

General Terms & Conditions

• The Offer is open to only end consumers and not to resellers.

• The EGV shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Axis Bank Limited or Flipkart, and are not transferable.

• Flipkart and Axis Bank Limited reserve the right to determine the eligible customer and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. Flipkart’s decision in this regard shall be final.

• The Offer and the related EGV are subject to availability.

• Flipkart reserve the right to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Offer, at any time without any prior written notice.

• Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

• Flipkart reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.

• The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.

• Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.

• You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.

• This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts in Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.

• Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only till 15th October,2020. Post such date Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
