I just ordered, was waiting for hp with ryzen 5 3rd gen, but that never came within 35k, so couldn’t stop myself from ordering this.
Will it support 16gb RAM?
How is this brand avita … Any ideas ?
Last year bought it for 33k https://www.flipkart.com/avita-liber-core-i5-8t.... seeing the current trend I am satisfied with it. Only downside is battery life & slow charging.
Is it a paid upgrade? or simply free button click & upgrade?
Edited: I am unsure. Some mention it as a free upgrade while some mention that they unable to upgrade for free.
PS: Microsoft should update their guides to mention that the upgrade is free or paid.

I think it’ll be better to go for Asus, who offer almost 85-90% bang to the buck as Avita does, with some of their ryzen 5 models like the ASUS VivoBook 15 M509DA-EJ562T.
The extra premium you give to Asus can give that peace of mind considering it’s Asus which has a pretty long history in India + the support network.
Just received the laptop… first impression, its really light.
I thought S-mode is student mode but it’s secure mode.
How’z the quality and heard fan sound is bit loud?
I didn’t notice any sound.. keyboard is delicate, might not last long. Power button is also one key, just like any other keyboard key.
After initial setups, took 8 seconds to boot.
I plan to buy this at the BB sale for 27K…
One important question – Is the RAM dual channel or not? Maybe you can run a program like Speccy and find out…
Single channel RAM cripples the Vega graphics quite a bit…
I have core I5 model which i bought last year, contains dual-channel RAM. hope it helps.
